Freya Wolf
Welcome!
I’m a writer, speaker and activist and embodied dancer. I’m grounded in rich life experiences and my low vision offers me a unique perspective on life, power, and the body.
My early experiences of oppression have led me to empower in the world of advocacy, social justice and safety movements, while my creative and embodied nature has led me on a parallel path of embodiment and spiritual practices.
I’m marrying my passions and I’m so excited you’re here to be a part of it.
I offer inclusive consulting, pleasure inspired activism, embodied speaking and facilitation and grounded change-making. I have worked for over fifteen years in the disability and anti-violence movements. My passion is to unite embodied connection and the power of pleasure with social justice movements. I believe that embodiment, sensuality, connection and pleasure are sources of power, inspiration and creative energy.
We can harness these forces for a safer, more just and inclusive team, community and world.
After experiencing the trauma of oppression, burn out, and disability, I reclaimed my pleasure and power by exploring and harnessing the enlivening, liberating force of embodiment and pleasure.
I offer activism, mentoring and advocacy services for people and communities who face inequity and discrimination. I have led a trailblazing project to increase access and inclusion in the sexual, domestic and family violence sector. I have advised and worked with various bodies and initiatives on rights, disability, safety and true inclusion.
