Sensual Embodied Dance
As a facilitator of Sensual Embodied Dance, I use a trauma-informed approach to forge a connected relationship with one’s body and the myriad experiences it encompasses. This method not only fosters empowerment and pleasure, but nurtures group dynamics and can extend to a shared consciousness. My work is thus both deeply personal and expansively communal.
